Sunrise Landing – Project Update (July 2025)
We’re excited to share that Sunrise Landing is moving into the construction phase.
This 40-unit inclusive housing development in Pugwash is designed to meet a diverse range of housing needs. With construction beginning this summer, Sunrise Landing will offer a mix of accessible, affordable, and market-rate housing options — creating a welcoming, community-oriented environment for individuals and families alike.
