Sunrise Landing – Project Update (Sept 2026)
Progress continues at Sunrise Landing, with the first 8 homes now on site. While this is an exciting milestone, we are anticipating late fall for occupancy in the first available units.
As homes get closer to being ready for occupancy, applicants will be contacted in the order their applications were received. Being contacted will happen as units become available and as we move through the application process. As we received over ninety applications and only have forty available units, not all applicants will be contacted. We know there is a great deal of interest in Sunrise Landing and appreciate everyone’s support and patience as construction continues.
At this time, confirmation has been provided for the first two homes only. We look forward to sharing further updates as the first homes move closer to being ready.
